HOPE depends on the community it serves to fund a portion of its services. With your support, HOPE has:

• Provided over $168,000 in down payment assistance spurring over $6 million in home purchases over the last 5 years.
• Prevented foreclosure for 172 families over the last 3 years.
• Built and sold over 23 houses at affordable rates (below market value) to low-moderate income families.
• Built over 40 brand-new, single-family, affordable houses that are on a lease-purchase agreement to low-moderate income families.
