We Have Up To $30,000 For You To Bring Your Mortgage Current

Tori DillingerAdministrative Assistant

We’re reaching out and inviting you in. Come to Get Right with My Mortgage on December 15 to see if you qualify for assistance. We want to bring you current on your mortgage before the end of 2018. Think we can do it?

Indiana’s Hardest Hit Fund is funded by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and administered by IHCDA. HHF can cover mortgage delinquencies up to $30,000 for qualified applicants. There is $3 million available to bring mortgages current through the Hardest Hit Fund. This will give up to $30,000 per delinquent mortgage to prevent foreclosure.

This free workshop is open to 120 participants on a first come, first served basis. To get your ticket and see if you qualify, call CAPE’s Housing Department at (812) 492-3943, (812) 492-3971 or (812) 492-3951. You can also register electronically here.

This event is on December 15 and you must have a ticket to attend.

If you can’t make the event, but still need assistance catching up on your mortgage, you can still register for assistance through HOPE of Evansville’s Foreclosure Prevention Specialist, Kathy Duncan, at (812)423-3169 ext. 102 or kathyd@hopeofevansville.org.
